Logans Ferry Heights Volunteer Fire Department, Allegheny County Station 235, is one of four fire departments serving Plum Borough, Allegheny County, which is located approximately 15 miles east of Pittsburgh. It is the second largest borough in the state comprising 29 square miles of land. Plum has a population of approximately 26,900 residents and has several new housing developments and commercial/industrial parks.
Like most volunteer fire departments, Logans Ferry Heights VFD relies heavily on community support through donations to cover costs that grants and Plum Borough may not fully cover. Donations are crucial as they provide the funding necessary for essential equipment, training, and insurance for volunteers, enabling them to effectively serve their communities. Our members kindly ask for a donation and thank you in advance.
